This Privacy Policy is effective 1st July 2015. Schedullo, service of Schedullo Pty Ltd (“Schedullo” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes Schedullo Web site privacy practices.


What do we do with your information?

When you purchase a service from our website (www.schedullo.com), as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, company name, phone number and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about Schedullo, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Schedullo stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


Third-party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Schedullo uses cookies to make interactions with the Schedullo Web site easy and meaningful. When you visit the Company’s Web site, Schedullo’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Unless you choose to identify yourself to Schedullo, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me”), you remain anonymous to the Company. Schedullo may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company’s Web site. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Schedullo is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.

Schedullo may post a list of Customers and testimonials on the Company’s Web site that contain information such as Customer names and titles. Schedullo obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
